Clean Business Clubs
Clean Business Clubs are the basic units for the Programme delivery.
Each Club is run by a Clean Business coordinator, responsible for
on-going contacts with member companies and helping them to obtain a
maximum benefit from Clean Business services.
Services offered under the Clean Business Programme include:
- seminars and workshops on current environmental issues,
- monthly Clean Business Bulletin,
- complex information services on environment protection,
- annual Clean Business Awards competition,
- specialist assistance and consultancy in the area of environment protection,
- initial environmental reviews and annual health checks,
- assistance in environmental policy development,
- Partnership Programmes implemented under the Clean Business framework: Green Office, Clean Turism, Brightsite, Waste Minimisation, Green Business Parks - see the Clean Business offer,
- opportunity to influence development policy of the town and region in which the company operates,
- access to information from the area of environmental protection through the PEPF Environmeatal Research Centre.
All information concerning companies co-operating with the
Polish Environmental Partnership Foundation under the Clean Business
Programme is confidential.
Clean Business Club's member companies are obliged to:
- go through an initial environmental review and environmental reviews,
- elaboration of environmental policy of the company,
- pay regular membership fees.
How to join the Clean Business Club?
Small and
medium-sized companies interested in joining the Clean Business
Programme should contact the nearest-located Clean Business Club.
The
coordinator will provide detailed information on Clean Business
membership rules, services offered and benefits which can be obtained
by participation in the Programme. To join the Programme, the company
has to complete the application form which will also be provided by the
coordinator. Having paid the quarterly membership fee the company gets
access to all services offered by the Clean Business Programme.
Companies located in regions not covered by the existing 16 local Clubs
are invited to join the Correspondence Clean Business Club.
